Single Point of Contact Account Management

As a company, very much focused on customer service, we recognise the importance of looking after every client with boundless care and attention and in equal measure.

Our aim is always to guarantee a pleasant experience working directly with our Operations department and to offer first-hand advice for those clients that need it.

Our loyal client base has grown considerably in recent years and this has lead us to review the way in which client contact is managed. In order to maintain levels of service and look after our clients efficiently, we are assigning every customer a dedicated Account Manager as a single point of contact for all forms of transport and packing.

We have reviewed the history of our trading accounts and placed each client with who we feel to be the most appropriate member of staff in Operations. In additional to the trading history, we have also taken into consideration the strong relationships already formed over the years so we hope clients will be happy with their allocated Account Manager. However, should you consider another member of our staff would be more appropriate to deal with your account then please contact us to discuss this.
